HIRING – Seasonal Fly Fishing Guides

Help us build community through fishing!

About Us

Do you love teaching people how to fly fish?

Look no further than Fishing For All!

Fishing For All (FFA) is building a fishing community focused on education and adventure. Our guides thrive on the water, in all conditions, for multiple species, with clients who are mostly beginners. We work as a close-knit team to offer the best experience possible for our clients, no matter what Mother Nature throws at us.

Whether it’s a beginner class, social fishing meet-up, guided day trip, or an all-inclusive retreat- our team is ready to jump in and work tirelessly to keep our clients learning and having fun. FFA takes over 5,000 people fishing per year!

Our hospitable and energetic culture has made FFA a large following in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN area.

We primarily specialize in guided day float trips and all-inclusive retreats for smallmouth bass on the wild and scenic St. Croix River, wade trips on driftless trout streams and the metro waters for carp, retreats on other top-fisheries across the region, and offering a huge swath of classes from Fly Fishing 101 to Drift Boat Rowing.

We also offer spin fishing classes/guided trips, ice fishing classes/guided trips, and fishing science lessons for schools. Our clients are primarily beginners with a strong showing of youth/families, women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ anglers.
